Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email from (COURIER X ELEGIR). You may also go to www.ups.com (EJEMPLO) to track your delivery status.

  • US orders may arrive in between 3 - 5 days, depending on your location.
  • International orders may arrive in between 7 - 10 days, depending on your location. Beso de Sal is not responsible for any duties, taxes, custom charges or other fees applied to international shipping.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • We do not ship to PO BOXES, APO or FPO Addresses.

RETURNING ITEMS US 

No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange or return an item(s) within 15 days of receipt. Our Returns Department must receive all returning item(s) within 15 days to qualify for an exchange. If returning item(s) without an exchange, a gift card with the original purchase amount will be issued to the purchaser’s email with one year expiration from the issuing date.

 All returned items must be received by Beso de Sal in the original condition in which they were sent. The items must be unworn, with all tags attached and the hygienic liner in place. If an item(s) is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. 

  • All shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone who would make excessive returns or exchanges.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or returns are permitted. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Special Note: When returning items to us, please keep in mind the delicate nature of our products. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups. Beso de Sal reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged conditions or damaged.

If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags and hygienic liners have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
